The Barrister to help with your Motoring Offence If you've committed a driving (motoring) offence, and intend to plead guilty, don’t pay a fortune on unnecessary expenses.

Your Direct Access Barrister Formula for the best result

The Formula

Motoring (Driving) offences are the most common offences within England and Wales, and are the one area of the criminal law that can touch the lives of everyday people. As such, they can be the reason why many of us find ourselves in the unfamiliar surroundings of the Magistrates’ Court. Often this comes about through making one mistake, which can turn into a costly mistake. Here at Atomic Law we aim to minimise the cost to those who want to plead guilty using “The Formula”. The processes and routines in the Magistrates’ Court, although unfamiliar to many, are straight forward and user friendly. For most guilty pleas to motoring offences, someone can more than adequately represent themselves if given the right advice, provided with the right material to tell their story, and given a realistic assessment of the expected punishment. The Formula is designed to get you to court with everything you need to represent yourself, plead guilty, explain your situation to the court, and get the best result you can. It has 4 simple components:

1. Consultation

We will give you a 30 minute free telephone consultation with an experienced Barrister. During this you discuss the particulars of the driving offence, discuss your personal circumstances, and receive an honest assessment of the suitability of your case for self representation. If you wish to engage Atomic Law's services at the end of this consultation, you'll be sent a pack that contains everything you need to know. No obligation, and no pressure.

2. Evidence

Our Barrister will use a simple form you have provided to compile a "written proof" which you can use to mitigate on your own behalf when pleading guilty to the motoring offence you have been charged with. It will focus on the relevant aspects of both the offence and your personal circumstances, ask for a realistic outcome, and be used to both address the court and answer questions the court may have for you.

3. Representation

You will represent yourself at court. Although this may seem daunting at first, it need not be. The Magistrates' Court system is an environment where someone pleading guilty to a Motoring (Driving) Offence can easily represent themselves, save potentially vast sums of legal expenses, and leave with the same result they would have if they had paid for representation. There is something both endearing and humbling about self representation in court; our formula aims to get you the best result possible, at the least cost possible.

4. Cost

£350, inclusive of all taxes and fees. Should you choose to use our service on a direct access basis, we will charge you a flat rate with no hidden costs.

We believe our "straight to the point" service, which promises to honestly appraise your case during the free consultation, provides the best value for money for those who want to plead guilty, receive a realistic result, and save money.
